DuBois House: Child Care Program
Student Support Services has established a community-based child care program
serving the needs of enrolled low-income, first-generation students at Dillard University. DuBois House has contracted with several child care centers throughout the greater New Orleans area to provide before, during, and after school child care services. Dubois House is currently a concept that will hopefully lead to a comprehensive child care program on Dillard’s campus in the near future. The program will enable eligible students to pursue and complete their postsecondary education at Dillard without having to concern themselves with child care needs. Dubois House has been funded to serve twelve (12) eligible students to increase persistence and graduation rates. For further information feel free to contact Mrs. Dianna Woods at (504) 816-4306 or Dr. Kevin Bastian at
