Dillard's theater students are shown all aspects of show business...including the ugly parts. Former Dillard theater student Carlton Morton recently made waves and headlines after challening one of the "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" stars for her inappropriate behavior toward other women. The segment ended with the housewife shouting expletives and requesting that her body guard remove Morton from the set.

Dillard University's announcement of its "Celebrating 70 Years of Nursing" is making news across the state. The gala will take place on Sunday, Nov 11, 2012. Nursing alumna Dr. Mackie Norris will be the guest speaker.

A school district in Grand Rapids, MI is looking to connect with HBCUs. Hoping to create a recruitment pipeline, schools in the district will share information about programs, scholarships and enrollment of HBCUs across the country. Dillard University is one HBCU the school district is hoping to connect with.

"Two Trains Running" Begins November 9, 2012 |

Dillard University Theater's production of the August Wilson play "Two Trains Running" will run from Nov. 9 - 18, in the Samuel Cook Theater. Ray Vrazel will direct the award-winning play.
