In a gesture of support for higher education and cultural heritage, Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) has stepped up with a $5000 sponsorship for Dillard University’s event honoring S. Carver Davenport. The event, scheduled for Sunday, February 25, 2024, at Dillard University’s Lawless Memorial Chapel, celebrates Director Davenport’s 48-year tenure as an Associate Professor of Music and Concert Choir Director.
