We maintain the academic records for each student and alumnus of our university. We also provide assistance with the adding or dropping of classes, transcript requests, enrollment and degree verification, and more. Our office also handles Veteran Affairs for military personnel and/or their dependents.

Request a Transcript, Enrollment Verification, or Degree Verification

If you’re applying to another school or applying for a job, you may need to send an official transcript to prove which courses you took, the grades you received, and your grade point average (GPA).

Online Transcript Request

Dillard University is now processing all transcript requests through a partnership with Parchment. This new functionality allows all students, both current and former, to order transcripts 24/7 using their online platform. Using Parchment is a secure and trusted process to submit transcript and other credentials electronically to other higher education institutions and other organizations including the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA), scholarship agencies, Law Schools as well
as other professional organizations.

Currently enrolled students can review and/or print their unofficial transcript through their myDU account.  An unofficial transcript can provide you with the same course information that is found on
your official transcript document.

The initial fee to request your transcript request online is $13.50 per transcript. To begin the process of requesting your official transcript, please visit Transcript Request below:

Find, Add, Drop, or Withdraw from Courses

To find out which classes are currently offered at Dillard by using the course search function on myDU.

Students will be allowed to drop a course(s) during the stated open registration dates via Online Web Registration. Thereafter, you must complete a drop course form and pay the appropriate fee. Drop forms are available in the Office of Records & Registration.

If you enroll in a course and discover you need to drop it after the final date to drop courses has passed, you must withdraw or you will receive an F.

The normal load to be scheduled by students may not exceed 18 credit hours. Students with a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or above may register in a maximum of 21 credit hours by completing the course overload form available in the Office of Records & Registration. Students must secure the necessary signatures on the form.

A student who wishes to discontinue his/her coursework prior to the end of a semester must complete and file with the Office of Records & Registration an Official Withdrawal Form. The student must provide a valid reason for withdrawing and must satisfy all accounts due to the University through the Office of Business & Finance.

A student who discontinues attending classes but who fails to withdraw officially in a timely manner will receive an ‘F’ in all courses for which he/she is registered. Students must relinquish all University identification cards, dormitory and mailbox keys.
