Dillard University Among Winners of HBCU Clean Energy Education Prize Partnerships Track Phase 2

Dillard University has been selected as one of the winners of the HBCU Clean Energy Education Prize Partnerships Track Phase 2. This initiative recognizes historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs) that are making significant strides in developing innovative clean energy partnerships and programs. Alongside Dillard University, other recipients include:

  • Albany State University
  • Clark Atlanta University
  • Florida A&M University
  • Howard University
  • Jackson State University
  • Morehouse College
  • Southern University and A&M College
  • Southern University at Shreveport
  • Tennessee State University

Each institution will receive $400,000 to further their clean energy initiatives, enabling them to advance to the final phase of the competition. This funding aims to empower HBCUs to educate and innovate in the clean energy sector, addressing critical environmental challenges while fostering sustainable practices within their respective communities.
