In her role as Assistant Provost/Director of Recruitment, Admissions, and Programming, Monica White ’07 serves as a crucial support system for students during the enrollment process at Dillard University. White plays an integral role in the strategic growth of the university, adapting to the ever-changing landscape of higher education.
As a proud alumna of Dillard University, White is thrilled to serve in this new capacity, building upon her 16 years of professional growth. Witnessing the evolution of her alma mater has been one of the highlights of her career, allowing her to contribute in ways she never imagined.
With her extensive institutional knowledge, White becomes an effective steward and visionary for the constituents that Dillard University serves. Her experience and expertise make her an efficient decision-maker in her new role.

Addrianne Clay Davis is the Associate Director, and oversees all recruitment related efforts as well as international student recruitment and outreach.
Joycelyn Branch serves as the Administrative Assistant and handles all front line customer service matters for the Office of Recruitment, Admissions and Programming. In addition, she manages all campus tour requests for prospective students and guests.
Terence Blanchard II ’12 serves as the Admissions Representative responsible for managing transfer, readmit, and non matriculating students. He handles territories including Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Mississippi, North Carolina, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Louisiana parishes.
Harold Cade II ’99 is the latest addition to the team and serves as the Enrollment Specialist. Which will assist in the recruitment and enrollment of adult learners who may be veterans, online students, evening students, etc.
Christina Clark is an Admissions Representative who manages campus partnerships, dual enrollment, and the Common Black College Application. Her territories encompass Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, and Louisiana parishes.
Terrence Gragg II ’23 is an Admissions Representative in charge of male recruitment and serves as an athletic liaison. His territories include Iowa, Kansas, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Oklahoma, North Dakota, South Dakota, Texas, Vermont, Wisconsin, and Louisiana parishes.
Taylor Martin is responsible for managing on-campus events and the DU Student Ambassador program. Her territories cover Connecticut, District of Columbia, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, and Louisiana parishes.
Jade Thomas serves as an Admissions Representative in charge of social media engagement and communication outreach. Her territories include Arizona, California, Colorado, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, Wyoming, and Louisiana parishes.
White holds a master’s degree in philosophy from Tulane University and a bachelor’s degree in mass communication from Dillard University. Her educational background and dedication to her alma mater make her a valuable asset in the pursuit of continued growth and success at Dillard University.
