Faculty & Staff Recognition Awards

The annual Faculty & Staff Recognition Awards recognize employees who, through their performance, best represent the mission and values of Dillard University. Nominations open in March and the ceremony is held in April. How do we recognize these stellar members of the Dillard community?

Those who are nominated:

Encourage and exemplify the Dillard University mission, values, and quality of service;

Work in a way that enriches the Dillard community;

Show ongoing initiative, dedication, service, and/or leadership; and

Devote themselves to sustained customer service.

The Awards

ON THE OAKS IMPACT AWARD

Recognizes someone who makes a positive impact by providing excellent customer service within their department and/or across the University.

MyDU AWARD

Recognizes someone who is highly engaged in their job and displays extraordinary integrity and generosity towards members of their team.

DISTINGUISHED SERVICE AWARD

Recognizes a standout performer whose work embodies the qualities that define what it means to be truly good at their job.
