MENTAL HEALTH BOOTCAMP WITH DELVIN BREUX
Our annual Mental Health Bootcamp, held each summer, is a transformative event designed to support youth mental health and wellness, led by former New Orleans Saints player Delvin Breaux Sr. The bootcamp provides young participants (ages 10-18) with practical tools for mental well-being and physical health, with a focus on tackling issues like youth mental health and obesity. Through engaging workshops, interactive sessions, and motivational talks from experts, including Breaux, participants gain valuable insights into self-care, resilience, and positive lifestyle habits—all in a supportive and empowering environment.
