2021 VIRTUAL WOMEN'S HEALTH CONFERENCE
Women’s health in the United States continues to lag behind the health of men. Women of color's health, especially in the South, is disproportionately lower than that of their counterparts in terms of access to healthcare and healthcare status. Themed "Women's Health Across the Life Span," the inaugural Women's Health Conference will explore ways to approach medical health, emotional/behavioral health and reproductive health among women. Practitioners are invited to participate in this very important two-day virtual event June 25th and 26th.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND? Clinicians (physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, allied health professional), researchers, health educators, public and community health leaders and students who have an interest in women’s health and grant writing.
Nurses can earn up to 8.0 nursing continuing education contact hours for attending the entire 2 day 2021 Inaugural Virtual Women’s Health Conference. Dillard University College of Nursing is an approved as a provider of nursing continuing education contact hours by the Louisiana State Board of Nurses Provider # 53. Valid through December 31, 2023.
